![]() ![]() A few textures/overlays that didn't exist in the original pack were either extracted from other HD packs or added from other sources (like ), so the credits go to them. There are bugs on how the game textures are placed in the world, but that requires manually editing each texture to fit perfectly in the main game, but asides from small quirks here and there (mostly alienation problems) the texture pack looks excellent. The difference from other projects like HL: Gold, it's that this pack correctly uses overlays instead of applying textures to a white wad (which is a lazy way IMO), this means you won't get a white custom map if the _detail.txt file doesn't exists. It fully utilizes the engine's Detail Texture feature. ![]() This is an ambitious project to port every texture from this pack to the GoldSource engine.
